Geography plus

The geography_plus dataset is maintained in partnership with our friends at BallotReady. In short, it uses BallotReady's Recruitment API to expand the geography dataset to include a wide range of local offices.
In comparison with the geography dataset, this version has 
1.larger versions of district, crosswalk_district_block_2010, and crosswalk_district_block_2020
2.new tables focused solely on local political geographies: city_council, county_commission, and school_district 
3.source_district_ballotready, which presents district data from BallotReady's Recruitment API in a more raw form.
